Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Variety: Manaki, Koroneiki.

Acidity: 0,2-0,5%.

Appearance: Intense green colour with golden and iodes sheens and harmonious meniscus.

Aroma: Distinctive botanical aromas, young floral character and complex notes of freshly cut olives.

Taste: Full mouth feel, robust balanced density with citrus aromatic notes, nuts, vanilla and Olive core. Low sense of acidity in the mouth, with intense aftertaste which lasts and light burning in the neck giving unique complexity.

Harmony: It accents unique aromatic salads, mainly for food ending, even as pure as dip for toasted bread and roasted vegetables.

Packing: It is available in a dark glass bottle of 500ml and in a tinplate container of 3Lt.
